Using ZMail software, ZDirect integrated with client's PMS System and both the corporate and property level web sites. Solutions were implemented establishing property level access for General Managers so they could easily deploy last minute offers to fill up unused inventory during periods of low occupancy. ZDirect developed a custom interface for this Client with the PMS and POS system so as to automate the confirmation process and provide database centralization.
